Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care at


  1. Send back the item(s) you wish to return per the instructions provided by our Customer Care Representative. To help speed processing, please complete our Return Form and include with your return. Download here.
    1. Include your Order Number and/or a copy of the packing slip
    2. Please also provide a written reason for your return.
  2. The credit card you used for the original purchase will be reimbursed the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less shipping. In most cases this credit should appear on your card in the next regular billing cycle.
  3. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged products.
  4. is responsible for shipping charges on re-shipment of exchanged products only.
  5. Any returns of items that you received as a gift will be issued in the form of an online eGift certificate in lieu of a refund.
  6. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
  7. Returns made more than 30 days past the original purchase date will be honored in the form of an online eGift certificate in lieu of a refund.

Personalized and other customized items are nonrefundable.
